What's That Song in That Cheerio's Commercial?

There’s a Cheerio’s commercial with the guy who’s all goofy for building birdhouses, and there’s this whistled song in the back ground that’s been boring into my ear drums since I heard it. But I can’t place it, and I don’t know what the song is. I almost think I might have heard the first bit of it in an old Little Rascals / Our Gang thing, but I could be wrong.
