Shooting location question - Oliver Stone's JFK
In Oliver Stone's JFK there's a scene in which Kevin Costner as Jim Garrison goes out on a street corner and starts pointing out buildings that housed offices of multiple law enforcement and national security agencies. I believe it was somewhere in the French Quarter of New Orleans. Does anyone know more precisely the shooting location of that scene?

While the OP has a factual answer, it's probably better in Cafe Society.

I think I figured it out. The buildings are all around Lafayette Square, which features a statue of Benjamin Franklin at the center.
