As I see it, adhay is correct that he didn’t change Bryan Ekers’s words within the quote tag. What happened is that he made a post in ALL CAPS, and the software put it all in lowercase. However, [post=14133473]that post[/post] was totally incomprehensible, and came more than 18 months after Bryan’s. Also, Colibri’s mod note was given August 12. So allow me to say: what?

I assume that’s got to do with how vBulletin is coded. If a post (excluding quote tags, which usually refer to another post) is in all caps, the software puts the whole post (including quote tags) in lowercase.
