Every President since Andrew Johnson has been alive at the same time as Herbert Hoover. Why Hoover? Long living President who was born after independence, and been dead an appreciable amount of time.

So unless we elect someone about 3 years younger than Obama (if his re-election doesn't pan out), this will still be the case.
