FIOS internet and MOCA ethernet connections?
I'm getting FIOS next week, and I've heard that because the FIOS terminal box routes the signal into my house via coax, it's possible to send an ethernet signal over our home's cable system, using "MOCA" compatible bridges, somewhat similarly to powerline networking. So if I have the proper equipment in my bedrooms, I'll be able to get a decent connection speed (up to 200 Mbps I've read) anywhere I have a MOCA bridge.
Does anyone have any experience with this kind of setup? If so, how has it worked for you? Any gotchas, or advice? Also, I should mention that we are disconnecting our cable provider, so the coax system should be free of interference.
