Does anyone have any experience with this mortgage program? The question is if you need to be married in order to received this, when there will be 2 names on the mortgage. The website doesnt help too much. The other thing we were looking into were VA loans, but were told the 2 people on the mortgage had to be married. We are in Illinois.
