MLB Playoffs

Last year sometime the Wall Street Journal published an article about the playoffs. It provided, among other things, statistics indicating that the playoffs were pretty much set early in the season, June it believe. It also went on to say that this was of concern to MLB as it had the potential of reducing attendance in the 2nd half of the season.

Does anyone have access to the entire article?
