Safari and auto-refresh
It appears that, all of a sudden, my Safari browser is automatically refreshing web sites every "x" number of minutes. I haven't changed anything or downloaded any upgrades.
And it's driving me crazy on this MB. If I start to post a reply, and let it sit too long without typing, Safari will "refresh" my post into oblivion. I looked under "Preferences", but didn't see where this could be set or changed. Oh, and when it refreshes, it sets itself to a lower magnification, so I have to zoom in again. Hope someone here can help. |

do you have any programs installed that provide the ability to perform keyboard macros? sounds like you or it might be pressing a combination of keys.

What is puzzling to me is why this started all of a sudden. I've been using this since last September, and only had it happen in the last week or so. Last edited by John Mace; 05-28-2012 at 07:08 PM. |

Most likely, you're running out of memory. Could be because of something happening in Safari, or something else on your computer.
