Looking for a book I read awhile ago

It’s a regency romance set during the Napoleonic wars. The plot is about a soldier who mistakenly disfigures a woman and then is forced to marry her by the lady’s brother. The soldier then return to the war. At some point in the book, I think his wife follows him to war. Anyone have any ideas what the title could be?
