black hole

Which substance/material can withstand or overcome the speed of light? If any such material is there, why can’t we make an object out of it carrying sensors and camera inside it and sent it to black hole? One more question, what happens if the most powerful bomb ever made is made to fall in blackhole?

Nothing.

Unobtainium

It would get spaghetti-ified like anything else.

What all the fastest race cars are made out of.
Very hard to get and very scarce.

A star is the most powerful bomb ever made. The black holes in the centers of galaxies absorb millions of stars, so merely being a big bomb affects nothing. Black holes are absolute because of the speed of light. It is a fixed quantity so nothing can overcome it. To do so not just requires moving faster than light: time itself is so twisted inside an event horizon that all pathways point to the past. The math says clearly that nothing can escape once it’s past the event horizon.

Since you’re new here, and English may not be your first language, unobtainium is a fictional substance that has properties impossible in the real world. Ignore the jokers.

We could make a probe that could survive crossing the event horizon of a very large black hole: Spaghettification doesn’t necessarily occur right at the event horizon, and the horizon itself can be relatively gentle for a sufficiently-large black hole. This still doesn’t help us, though, for two reasons. First, even if the probe survived entering the horizon, it wouldn’t be able to transmit anything out, so we still wouldn’t get any information. And second, the nearest black holes known are many lightyears away, far, far beyond anywhere we have the technology to send a probe to. Space is a lot bigger than you realize.

Column this refers to?

Off to GQ, I think.

Tachyons? Yes, they’re Nonexistentanium as far as we can tell, but some theories have predicted them.

The question is wrong. It is not the substance that cannot withstand the speed of light, it is the speed of light that cannot withstand substance. Asking for a speed greater than the speed of light is like asking for an angle more orthogonal than 90°.

Stupid jokers. You really want adamantium.

Not if it’s travelling at the speed of light!
