Rand Rover has had 8 warnings (without suspension) since 2010, for various things such as insults, being a jerk, and trolling.
After this most recent warning (for personal insults), it’s been decided he should be suspended for 30 days.
Update: Rand Rover is suspended due to not having a working email address, despite having been told many times that this is a rule of the SDMB.
He was told to contact an admin when he has an email to use, but so far has not done this and has not even accessed the boards since late August.
If and when he contacts an admin with a working email, he will be unsuspended.
