I am reminded of a comment made by Donna Brazille (sp) in 2012 to the effect that every black family has an uncle like Herman Cain.
Many people have at least one racist, right wing uncle who ruins Thanksgiving. If you think your family doesn’t, it may be you.

It’s like “dad jokes.” No, not every dad tells corny jokes, but that’s the name for them. Likewise, there is the “crazy uncle” stereotype that seems to be part of Trump’s primary demographic.
