The most common usage of "wigger" that I've heard is DanBlather's definition.

However, given the headline from the link, "Bush Daughters Caught Buying Wiggers At Rave In Austin, TX," the word probably refers to a drug of some sort, probably Ecstasy, since it's a common drug at raves (at least, it is around here).

"Wigger" as drug slang? Maybe that's in the vast annals of drug slang you can find on Dare and DEA websites...you know, the slang that no self-respecting drug consumer would ever use, or ever did use?

I doubt that this helps, but one of my parents' nicknames for me when I was a wee lad was "Wiggers."
