PS2 Cheat codes and Ace Combat 4

Yesterday I printed out a sheet of cheat codes for Ace Combat 4, but I have no idea how or where to enter them. The codes are a series of about 10 to 12 characters and claim to unlock all the planes and weapons. Does anyone know where to put these codes in? I really want to unlock the F22 Raptor.

If your codes look like this: 1CBD844861DFB00C then you need a Gameshark 2 for PS2. Costs about $40.00. Instructions on how to work it probably come with the Gameshark.
