I hope he hasn't really done this. In all fairness, he was indicted. It is my understanding that he has not been deemed guilty at this stage. He was charged and I think he must enter a plea of guilty or not, then go through perhaps a trial. I am hoping that some other employee used his computer. But my feeling is that there probably is ample evidence. I don't know. I would hate to be accused of doing this when I did not.

Thanks (everybody else, too.) I don't particularly like the guy, but I'm going to do my best to reserve judgement until I have more information. I have yet to discuss this with anybody with my mother, my girlfriend, and a close friend; I imagine people will make the connection soon enough and ask me about it, and I'm trying to mentally prepare myself for saying the same thing a millionfuckintimesoverandover.

He can be a pretty abrasive dude; I'm hoping against hope that he royally pissed one of his coworkers off to the extent that they decided to plant this shit on his computer. Otherwise, I don't know what to think. He's got a wife and three kids ages 14-18.
