Another question – when you’re reading several books at once, do you consciously try to make them similar in some way (author, genre, whatever…), or conversely do you try to read several different things? Or is it just random whether or not there is any correlation (positive or negative) between the books you’re reading at any one time?

no deathwish yet… although the book boxes could get a bit tippy.

i really enjoyed the honor harrington series by david weber. it was the tree cats. the main character is a starship captain, who has bonded with a tree cat. the books follow her career through the navy.

non fiction wise i really enjoyed “seasoning of a chef” . it was an advanced copy so i’m not sure if it is out yet or if the title changed. i had a part time job at a bookstore until it closed beginning of last year.

do you use bookmarks? what do you do with the books you aren’t going to keep?
