Yes, I do have occasional flashes of light. My surgeries were over a month ago, and I had to get a new prescription. I’ll see the doc again next month. He said that it will take a while for my vision to get to what we want due to my prior RK. I haven’t noticed any improvement at all since the surgeries.
I have really long eyeballs, too. As a result, I have developed “myopic degeneration.” This results in macular degenerative type drusen, but it is not macular. I don’t know if the source of the drusen makes a difference, but apparently it does.
