I just made the best Buffalo Wings

Me neither. And are the ‘signature’ wings breaded or not? I’m going to assume not, but I’ve seen things called “Buffalo Wings” in both breaded/deep fried and non-breaded/baked varieties.

Having spent my formative years a vegetarian, I’m still learning about these things…

“Real” wings (according to me and the city of Buffalo) are deep-fried and unbreaded. The crispy skin is half the fun of a good wing.

Sorry, yes IQF is Individually Quick Frozen. Probably not too common an abbreviation and I should have spelled it out. The wings are not breaded; they are raw and frozen when starting out. Breaded wings would be an Abomination, so says this former Upstate NYer.
