As a European living in the US I’m ashamed of this. But, yes, it’s the market. In 4 words: Gorbachev was an idiot. Now the degenerate exploiters from ‘the west’ are doing just that: exploiting the vulnerable/weak sex for their degenerate twisted shadowy characters, and for their dirty dollar (or Krone or something like that).
