I think we need to remember that it’s the Republicans who keep voting down Veterans’ benefit increases.
That kind of power over a hostile and antagonistic mass just isn’t natural. Its not normal to have that sort of compelling power. Not implying anything about the source of Obama’s effect, here, just sayin’, is all.
My father did not, and exhibited symptoms of from some level of PTSD for several years. He managed to not beat me or my mom, and didn’t point his guns at anything except when hunting.
Track comes from a line of people who blame others for their problems, and I fail to see how a different CIC would make a difference in his reaction to his combat. Would he suddenly not have PTSD if Bush or Trump or Cruz were in office? I suppose Bristol would suddenly stop getting knocked up out of wedlock if a Republican were in office, too.
How do these recent comments jive with her comments a couple weeks ago that veterans shouldn’t ask for child support?
In reality it has nothing to do with veterans issues and everything to do with a trashy family that is now a wealthy trashy family that thinks the rules don’t apply to them.

In all fairness, I don’t really get where Palin blamed Obama. Her entire speech was incomprehensible.
Not to hijack, but what does this have to do with the OP? Why is having a child while not being married to the mother/father inherently a bad thing? My girlfriend and I have both decided not to get married and have a wonderful 4 year old daughter together.

She pretty smoothly makes the implication that her son has a diagnosis of PTSD but she never said he did have it. She said (paraphrased for clarity):
“My son came back different, hardened, and wondering if people have respect for service members and the sacrifices they have made. Military members wonder if the President knows what it is that they do and if he respects their hard work. I can relate to families who have ex service members who have suffered damage, including PTSD, from their war experience. We need a President who respects the military.”
The message she was trying to convey was political; that Obama doesn’t respect the military he commands.
The one she sent is “My son’s behavior is related to post-military PTSD and that’s Obama’s fault.”
The confusion is caused by her poor speaking ability.
There were rumors at the time he went into the military that it was to avoid jail/prison.
If he has PTSD, I hope he gets treatment. If he has PS (Palin Syndrome), I, well, I hope he gets treatment.

Roosevelt wasn’t responsible for my dear ancestor’s service in the Great War. His presidency came afterward. Like Obama’s presidency came after Trap, or Trash, or whatever, went to the Middle East in September, 2008.
