Our reviews were mixed… my wife loved it and wants me to make it again. I thought it was good and would make it again, but it isn’t a top recipe. My 16 year old son said the dressing was too strong… and this may have been my problem. I couldn’t find Creole Mustard so I used a stone ground German Mustard which may have been too strong.
Bottom line… we’ll be making it again (see wife’s opinion)
