How much of selling a car is based on actual “sales” skills?
These guys aren’t going door to door selling cars. They aren’t cold calling people trying to pitch an automobile. I have to think that 90% of the time, if you’re on the lot, you’re there because you have an interest in buying a car.
This is true, however most people have a wall of defense around them when they come on the lot. Have to break down those walls and be able to overcome obstacles and objections.
