There's a total lunar eclipse tonight over (at least) the East Coast of the US...not sure how broad an area the shadow will cover, exactly. Anyhoo... does anyone know what time the umbral portion (i.e.: the first bite) will occur??? - Jinx

This sight has a quite comprehensive list of times. There is a table with the US timings for various stages of the eclipse about a third of the way down.
