Following a link from here, (http://www.trektoday.com/news/030405_03.shtml) I find a very disappointing Vulcan/Human baby pic. (http://www.startrekuk.com/missions/images/ENT/ENTepi097c.jpg)

No detail shown, drat it all.

Peter Weller being in the final story arc as a Terrist (pro Earth terrorist), makes me yearn for the line to be said to him, "Not my damn planet, monkey boy!" I find it strangely fitting that Buckaroo Banzai will finally be in a Trek episode, considering all the BB inside jokes in TNG.

What ya bet that Majel's voice gets used in the Riker/Troi holodeck scenes as computer voice? That would make Majel involved (either voice or as a guest star) in every form of Trek there is; movies, series, and animation.

Oh, good, put the spoiler in your title. Thanks a lot.

Sorry, Cliffy. The Vulcan/Human baby news has been around for several months now in Trek circles. I'll ask a mod to change the title.

ENT Final Arc Spoilers would be a good title.

Sorry to hijack, but has the holodeck rumor been substantiated, or is it a parting shot from disgruntled fans?

Trek Today says they got it from UPN (http://www.trektoday.com/news/240305_01.shtml)

They are usually spot on with their spoilers at TrekToday, btw.

FWIW, most of us rabid Trek Dopers don't think anything in a Trek thread is a hijack, as long as it's about Trek.

Are all the other Trek Dopers on vacation?

And Cerv, apparantly, yes. :dubious:

Do babies cause more pain when they emerge with pointy ears?

I've been back for more than a week now. Has anybody seen Aesiron?

Well, no vacation here, but I still have to catch up with many episodes this season. I've been taping them, but have a big backlog on watching them...

Wanna see something gross?

Check out Mirror T'Pol's bare belly. For some reason it just makes me sick:

And here is half-burned Mirror Trip's face:

Phlox is going to be one scary bastard in those eps.

That *IS* a wire-frame image of NCC-1701 (no bloody A, B, C or D!) on the screen behind T'Pol in that first image, isn't it?

I think so. I haven't read every detail on that ep. I know the Defiant is involved in some way, also.

From what I read, it's actually most likely a wireframe image of the Defiant.

Except that the wireframe looks nothing like the Defiant (unless you're referring to some non-DS9 Defiant) and everything like NCC-1701.

The Defiant from the Tholian Web episode of TOS.

New episode this Friday, April 15th!

Bound (http://www.startrek.com/startrek/view/series/ENT/episode/9399.html)

My soul is prepared. How's yours?

Well, baseball is steamrolling over that episode 'round these parts, so "Bound" won't be aired until midnight or maybe 12:30am.

Figures.

How many more new episodes are there, and when is the last one? Are the remaining episodes all part of the arc mentioned in the OP?

I see that they're returning to their roots and attempting to go out with as much Panda as possible.

John Mace, according the preview for Bound, there are 6 episodes left.

Hi everyone.

OK, so who is The Chef? I am still pulling for Whoopie Goldberg.

There's this Friday's, the two mirror universe eps, and then a three part finale ( I think the final two eps are shown on the same night, but they were made to be viewed as separate but linked).

But, somehow, all six are supposed to be interrelated, tho it might be by the slimmest of threads.

There were negotiations with the goal of having Shatner as Chef and an ancestor of Kirk, but he balked at that. Then, he was to be in the mirror universe, but sources say he nixed that, too.

We'll see.

"Bound," then the Mirror Universe two-parter, then "Demons," "Terra Prime" and "These are the Voyages..."

That's all she wrote.

I'm sure somebody has already suggested this somewhere, but why not get Isaac Hayes to play the chef? ;)

carnivorousplant has been asking for Isaac Hayes as Chef for the past year or two.

Not that I'm keeping track. ;)

Wow. I hadn't paid attention, and thought it was already over. I'll give the last six eps a whirl.

Shatner as chef would have been a nice twist, although given how Scotty turned out in old age, an ancestor of his might have been more appropriate...

carnivorousplant has been asking for Isaac Hayes as Chef

Chef, singing to T'Pol:

"When a man loves a Vulcan,
It's hard to understand

That she would find more pleasure
in the arms of an engineer.

Beam her over, transporter
Beam her into my life

Gonna give her some lovin'
Gonna cook it up right!"

I see that they're returning to their roots and attempting to go out with as much Panda as possible.I generally roll my eyes at the show's lame attempts to feature cheesecake, but I gotta say, Orion slave girls are old school, so I can't really object. :)

On the other hand, they'll no doubt figure out some way for them to suck, and not in a good way.

I hate that I find myself gritting my teeth and psyching myself up to watch Trek lately. Six more, and the agony will be over. Replaced with a new agony.

Ahh, bugger.

Here's a pic of what the crew is supposed to look like in the finale, six years after the events of "Terra Prime"....They don't look all that different except that T'Lips grew some hair and Phlox lost some. Trip hasn't changed his haircut since he was a tot.
Hoshi looks nice....

Well, considering what they've been doing lately, the'll find a way to insinuate that one of them is an ancestor to a TOS Orion slave girl. She'll be named Marta, or have a thing for men named Garth, or say somehting like "did you know that every 4th generation in my family goes crazy? I expect that my great-great granddaughter will be an institutionalized homicidal maniac." Something subtle and clever like that.

Holy body-painted psychopath! Did you know that Marta was played by Yvonne Craig?

Of course. And I read an interview with her once where she said William Shatner complained when she accidentally got green makeup on his toupee.

Hi, Viva.

Oh, BTW, Cervaise, I've gotten hooked on another SF series which shall remain nameless. I blame you.
