View Full Version : Does a lighted case for 2nd Generation Kindle exist?

And if so, is it available for sale?

Note: The "official" Amazon lighted cover for the latest generation Kindle is what I'm looking for, but for the Kindle I bought last June; not the one that came out 45 days later. (Grrrr)
The "latest generation" cover doesn't work for 2nd Generation Kindles.

(And why am I "suddenly" writing like Zagat's?)

Well, there's this: http://www.medgestore.com/products/kindle3-eluminatortouch.psp?device=kindle2

They sell cases that have a storage pocket for the light. Any Kindle 2 solution will be a bit bulkier than the booklight cases for the Kindle 3, since the 2 lacks the electrical contacts used to power the light from the Kindle's battery.
