Is there such a thing as turkey pepperoni sausage?

So I discovered Hormel turkey pepperoni slices... Man, they taste exactly like regular pepperoni, sans the pooling of grease that comes with the "real thing."

But I'd actually prefer a pepperoni sausage to the slices. I'd love, for instance, to make my favorite kids snack (pepperoni rolls) using the sausage cut into lengthwise strips and wrapped in the Pillsbury pizza crust that comes in the tube.

I don't think Hormel makes a turkey pepperoni sausage, though. Has anyone seen such a thing in the store? Not turkey jerky sticks, more like a sausage...

Hormel makes turkey pepperoni sticks, which should work pretty well for your rolls. Or if you have a lot of time on your hands, you could get some transglutaminase and glue a bunch of pepperoni slices back together to make a sausage.

Since this is about food, let's move it over to Cafe Society.
