Bond 25 (27) title revealed: "No Time to Die"

The Bond producers have clearly used the James Bond title generator to name the new Bond movie. A mash-up of the titles of previous Bond movies Tomorrow Never Dies (1997) and Die Another Day (2002), the next Bond movie will be called....
SPOILER:

The new title also gives a nod to other Bond movies such as Dr. No (1962), You Only Live Twice (1967), and Live and Let Die (1973), as well as theme song "We Have All the Time in the World".

[female 007 enters the scene]

Villain: And you.....are?

Female 007: Agent 007 and your time is up.

Villain: 007? That's funny I heard you retired....or died...

[Daniel Craig enters the scene]

Craig's 007: Oh, no....I had....no time to die.

[opening credits begin]

This will be said when Bond blows something up with his Omega watch. Or maybe Bond will catch a falling villain and be hanging on to him by his watch, but its a Rolex (or other non-Omega watch), and it breaks due to its inferior quality, causing the villain to fall and die.

It may still be. The character who will be Bond's love interest in the new movie has not yet been revealed.

Films:

Live and Let Die
Tomorrow Never Dies
Die Another Day

Novels

Live and Let Die
Win, Lose, or Die
Death is Forever
Tomorrow Never Dies
High Time to Kill
Never Dream of Dying
Die Another Day
(Double or Die)
(A Hard Man to Kill)

Only the first is by Fleming. The two in parentheses are "Young James Bond" novels by Charlie Higson

I see a pattern. If we include time terms (Forever, Never, etc.) we could add a bunch of other titles.

Rules for the next few Bond titles:

1) No mention of killing or dying.

2) No references to time or periods of time.

James Bond will return in

I Love Puppies!

Or, in a more Bond style:

Dr, No! I'm married!

I'm curious what the point of the spoiler tag in the OP is? It's in the fucking title.

What about a James Bond/John McClane crossover movie?

A Good Day to Die Hard

SPOILER:
Actually, that's a real Die Hard movie, from 2013.

Speaking of Bond and Death, why do they feel that they have to show Bond apparently being killed off in the first few minutes (or pages, if it's a book)?

It's obvious that he's not REALLY being killed, because then the movie would be no more than a Short Subject (which they don't usually show any more), so they're not fooling anyone. They didn't do it in Dr. No, but we didn't know who Bond was then. But they started with the second one. Sometimes it's someone else important to the plot who's killed (but not really):

From Russia with Love -- Red Grant stalks Bond through a garden, eventually strangling him with his nifty watch-fob garrote. Only it's not really Bond -- just a Guy in a Bond Mask

Thunderball -- we start with the funeral of someone whose initial are "JB". But it turns out not to be Bond, but Jacques Bouvier, a friend of Bond's

You Only Live Twice -- Bond is trapped in a Murphy Bed, machine-gunned, then his body is shown with blood on the sheets. He is buried at sea. But it's a ruse to convince his enemies that he's dead.

Diamonds are Forever -- a switch; it's not Bond who's killed, but Blofeld. Only he isn't, really. He's one of a line of doubles Blofeld has created.

The Man with the Golden Gun -- Scaramanga whirls around, after shooting one of his supposed assassins and shoots the fingers of Bond's hand. Only it's not really Bond -- it's a statue of him that Scaramanga keeps around.

License to Kill -- again, a switch Feliz Leiter, Bond's CIA pal, gets lowered into a shark tank. Only he isn't killed. (His wife is, though)

Goldeneye -- Bond's fellow agent Alec Trevelyan is killed in the opening tease. But not really

Die Another Day -- Tan-Sun Moon, Bond's adversary is killed in a hovercraft accident. But not really.

Skyfall -- Bond is shot by Moneypenny (!!) and falls into a river and is presumed dead. No such luck.

I can't recall what happens in the other non-Fleming novels, but in the latest, Anthony Horowitz' Forever and a Day 007 is killed off in the first chapter. Although this time there's a weaselly way for it to make sense.

Does this mean Daniel Craig will be sporting his natural gray in this one?

Is this really going to be a Daniel Craig as Bond movie? I thought he decided to quit and let Idris Elba or Scarlett Johansson or somebody take over.
