Bad, bad, bad Beck is in her own bed! (how 2 Siamese cats act happy to see me)

Whew!
I'm home. Auntie Em, I'm home. There's no place like it.
It seems the hoards around here had a clean up morning. The house seems fine.
The first to greet me was Betsy Beagle. I thought she was gonna wag her tail off. Grace the Yorkie is confused but won't let me put her down.
I got put right to bed by the girls. They can believe they are the boss of me for a while longer. I'll allow it.
As soon as I walked in the cat's flew to the beams.
I walked in and sat in my chair and looked up at two pairs of suspicious flashy blue eyes. I called their names. I heard one tiny meow. I believe it was Meeko.
I went on upstairs to bed. Don't tell the girls but I'm pretty wiped out. I had a pain shot before I left. Didn't think I'd need it. I was wrong. I napped for an hour or so. And woke up to cat's purring.
I looked up at my headboard and they were up there looking me over. I reached up and petted Bear and he stood up. Hid tail was puffed up. I patted Meeko and she jumped down on the bed and bitched slapped the Yorkie. She started her examination of me and soon Bear joined in.
Apparently I passed the sniff test.
Their tails puff up everytime I speak or move.
More later...

I get decent food. Yay!!

The girls are cooking burritos. Smells heavenly.
Bear is roaming around my bedroom howling. He's putting on his best, "Look at me, Mom" demeanor. Gah!!?! Crazy Cat Critter!!

Yeehah!

Very glad you made it back.

Those puffed tails may mean 'Don't anybody dare to try to take our Beck away again!'

The cat yowling has ceased. I scolded Bear. Now he's sitting on the window-seat ignoring me. Meeko is crouched on my thigh. If I move an inch claws extend into my skin.

I've eaten my supper. And cleaned up alittle.
That's about all I can manage at this point.
DIL took all the children to her house for a sleepover. Peace at last.

The lil'wrekker has sniffles and a wet cough. It's her allergies. So much new growth in the yard. My tulips are just about to bloom. Yay!

I'm so, so, so happy to be home.

There's no place like home!

One of Nature's best healing tools is the cat. When I don't feel well, for whatever reason, I get a cat glued to me.

Especially when I have a roaring, splatter-my- brains-all-over-the-ceiling migraine, I derive such comfort of that warm, purring body in my lap!

Welcome home!

(And take away Big Wrekker's debit card!)

Yay! You're home! And it sounds like you're getting excellent care, human, canine, and feline.

Rest up, and don't try to skimp on the pain meds.

I did get corndogs. My pain is minimal. I more worn out. I feel like I've been run over by a mack truck.
The ride home sucked out my energy.
I'll sleep and be perkier tomorrow, I'm sure.

Kitties might be reacting to your change of smell. Not just the stinky hospital stuff (meds, cleaners and all the people stopping by) but also Pancho? (Sorry, mine is Lefty) being gone could mean you smell different.

Kittys touch base weirdly. Luckily yours are not biting you. The yowling might be Bear trying to scare off intruders (you... or anything that might hurt you.) Meeko might be trying to make you be still and heal... she's there to keep you safe

Not yet. We're having a family dinner tonight. The unveiling will occur at that time.
It looks good. Kinda purple-y and vein-y. There will be gags and wretching.

(I just threw up a little in my mouth)

In case some of you don't know what we're talking about. Before I went to the hospital I got a small veal kidney and put it in a jar of moonshine and 2 drops of red food coloring. The veal kidney was nearly white. It creeped me out to touch it, gah?!?@
The red coloring worked perfectly. It made it turn dark red and purple. But the whitish veins are prominent. And, there's this one big artery that's hanging askew. Ewwwww!

I'm gonna have it sitting on the island in the kitchen.
There will be running and screaming.....

(Damn board won't accept a post with all caps. This is the obligatory use of lower case.)

Does the jar have a sticker on it that says "Pancho"?

Or, maybe something like this one.

THERE IS A WAY. QUOTE MY POST TO SEE HOW OR HIGHLIGHT THE SPACE IN MY POST BELOW.

Well, technically not all caps. You have to camouflage at least one lower case letter in a white color tag.

I have drawn a skull and crossbones on a black label and stuck it on the lid.
The grandwreks noticed it first.
I'm waiting on an adult to pay attention to one of the kids. I'm sitting in my seat trying not to giggle. The family is just finishing eating.

Stay tuned....
