Neil Young
Eric Clapton
Bob Dylan
Roger McGuinn
George Harrison

16 members of Parliament-Funkadelic are in the HoF, so presumably any recording featuring that lineup would meet your requirement.

The final scene of Blues Brothers 2000(yeah I know we all try to repress the memory of it) when the Gator Boys and Blues Brothers played together would be a candidate.

OK I looked it up. In addition to The Band, the following were on stage:

Paul Butterfield - harmonica, vocals / Bobby Charles - vocals / Eric Clapton - guitar, vocals / Neil Diamond - guitar, vocals / Dr. John - piano, guitar, congas, vocals / Bob Dylan - guitar, vocals / Ronnie Hawkins - vocals / Joni Mitchell - acoustic guitar, vocals / Van Morrison - vocals / Larry Packer - violin / John Simon - piano / Ringo Starr - drums / Stephen Stills - guitar / Muddy Waters - vocals / Ronnie Wood - guitar / Neil Young - guitar, harmonica, vocals / Bob Margolin - guitar (for Muddy Waters) / Pinetop Perkins - piano (for Muddy Waters) / Dennis St. John - drums (for Neil Diamond) / Carl Radle - bass (on second encore Jam)

So, I am guessing more than 8 hall of famers, for whatever that's worth.

One strange example of a song with a lot of famous musicians doing backup is "Basketball Jones":

It reached #15 on the US chart. While Earache My Eye with only studio musicians reached #9. There must be a lesson in there somewhere. A really, really stupid lesson.

I'm counting 13 plus the Jackson Five count as 1? 5? (Then you have to get into Hall & Oates, etc.) Also producer Quincy Jones is in. Lionel Richie isn't in it???

A lot of other Hall of Fames: Songwriter, Country, Hollywood Walk of, etc. Two of the session musicians are in the Iowa R&R Hall.

It's predecessor, Do They Know It's Christmas?, seems to have only 4. British, many from the same few groups like Boomtown Rats and Duran Duran. Boy George's old group Culture Club has a song in the R&R HoF.
