That’s horrifying.

Octopuses, whales, monkeys, people should be on the do not eat list. It’s just not right.

Now that recipe sounds good for some other fish. So thanks for that.

Plagiarized recipes? Where do you find recipes that aren't meant to be shared?

Bar-B-Que cooking shows. Every two-bit pork purveyor you've ever seen on one of these makes some dumb-ass joke about how if they show their recipes with their oh-so-secret ingredients, they'll have to kill you. God, I hate those guys.

But that's another thread...

Lists are one thing but the directions are another. Now, in the spirit of this thread, I am willing to admit I might be wrong.

And in the spirit of brotherhood and this thread, I too am willing to admit you might be wrong.

Yeah, well, if I'm right about someone being a flaming asshole 10,000 times and wrong once, I'm not going to get too upset about that.

You don't know what the recipes are about? Seriously?

It is a bit of a meta-joke about proper feeding of a troll. Not really funny, but hopefully a little frustrating to a troll. I don't do it, but it should be fairly clear why it is done.

I've seen it around lots of places; I think it's part of german tradition but I'm not sure. It's certainly pretty fuckin' accurate.

It is a well-known and well-appreciated tautology:

"If you march with Nazis, you're a Nazi, because only Nazis march with Nazis."

Double highjack--secret recipes and Nazis:

Seinfeld's Soup Nazi. Elaine gets back at him at the ~3:50 mark.

I thought you might have confused "plagiarizing" with "copying," but it looks like you actually did some research, so I have to applaud you for that. I'm not going to sass you for being wrong. I see this as a sign of you maturing and evolving, realizing that some of the things you blindingly accept as true actually have flaws. One day you'll finally realize that expressing fact and truth ISN'T liberal idealism maliciously attacking conservative values.

Or not.
