I am glad that they haven't gone the way of other boards and given everyone a placeholder avatar.

Can the mods delete avatars from users? Like, if someone uploaded a dick pic, could the mods delete it immediately or would they have to get TubaDiva to do it?

So Tippy's been screwing with my family for three generations.
So, turtles all the way down, huh?

At only 50x50 it'd be a small dick pick. Let's only let TubaDiva do it...to give everyone else longer to point & laugh.

Actually, I like your profile picture of the Siamese cat a lot better than your current avatar. Hint, hint....

I'm hoping a larger size will be allowed. The proportions of the bike don't allow a square picture.
I could go with a stopwatch but the handcycle is more "me".

Nah, there's too many idiots posting stupid avatars of their cats and dogs.

You might try zooming in on a detail. That often works well for small logo-like images.

I am currently considering a change in avatar. I am slow to decide these things. No one goes shopping with me because of this indecision issue I have. Bear with me. If it bothers anyone I will turn it off.

I don't think you're really being dissed. 12 or 13 years ago they would have used me as the example of someone posting at a high rate. You are just the current newish poster than pops up in an overly large number of threads. At some point it would have been Guin and there have been others.

As to the huge signature pics, my wife spends time browsing Disney message boards. These things are horrid nightmares of animated and giant letters overwhelming the actually posts.

I'm just glad people will stop thinking that I'm supposed to be a ring-tailed lemur when I'm supposed to be a red-ruffed lemur.

I thought it was French for “the mur”!

I think your avatar is great -- a little bit mysterious, a little bit artsy, and meaningful to you. You wanna replace it with a miniature picture of a stupid cat? Go ahead, but I won't respect you for it!
