"Up, Up, Down, Down" by Kirby Krackle.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jUIVNcECwTI

Starts out as a nerdy love song (the opening lyrics are literally the Konami code) referencing video games and comic books. It doesn't end that way.

Until we drove back to your place
I said we should do it again
That's when you stabbed me with a pen
Because you planned to murder me
Cause you've been stalking me for weeks
And then shoved me in your house
And punched me hard right in the mouth
And warned me that I shouldn't scream
Or you'd gut me like Wolverine
This date had turned out kinda sucky
I thought i was getting lucky
Not cut up in little bits
And served up as your favorite dish
She's a man-eater I'm toast
Like the song from Hall & Oates....

There's always:

Throbbing Gristle --Hamburger Lady.

The hamburger lady of the song was a real burn victim. Full lyrics and original source material (a doctor's letter describing the horrible injuries) here. Obviously not for the squeamish.

I first heard this piece of music in college some forty years ago, and I believe it is still the standard for an unflinchingly morbid look at painful death.
