Reason #67 Endgame Doesn't Make Sense When You Think About It

It was stated categorically in Endgame that you cannot change the past. However in Infinity War, Thanos lost. The Mind Stone was destroyed and the heroes won but he uses the Time Stone to go back a few seconds and change the past to recover the Mind Stone and win. So I guess you can change the past.

Thanos doesn't travel in time; he uses the Time Stone to "rewind" Vision back to an earlier state just as Doctor Strange did several times in his own movie.

Yeah, it's best to think of using the Time Stone not as Time Travel but as Time Control.

But really for a movie like this it is probably best to just have fun and not think about it too much.

Yeah, when he's rewinding Vision, Wanda is aware of what's going on. If he was just time traveling, no one would have noticed.

This is, of course, the best answer.
