Google Payment Privacy Settings Hidden Behind Special URL

Quote:
It has been discovered that Google is hiding three Google Pay privacy settings unless you access the service's Settings screen through a special URL. These settings allow you to restrict whether Google Pay shares your creditworthiness, personal information, or Google Pay account information.

Here is the special URL:
https://pay.google.com/payments/u/0/...rivacySettings
https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/new...d-special-url/

This kind of garbage makes me angry.

This affirms my decision not to sign up for Google Pay. I buy a $20 card to buy Apps in the Play Store.

How on earth could these twits know anything about my credit worthiness based on an occasional internet purchase?

That may be considered disposable income, but an internet purchase certainly doesn't reflect on my day to day purchases locally.

Now I wonder what Paypal tracks & reports.
I learned long ago it's essential to purchase online.
