On the main page, only the first part of the thread title was displayed: "Urban Fantasy Box Set:..."
Which i somehow managed to misread as "Urban Fantasy Sex Bot"  Freud would have a field day with me

For those following at home, Book 10, THE OTHER SIDE, was released today!
Also, the audiobooks will start coming much faster now. Book 2 should be out within a week or so (depending on how fast Amazon releases it) and the next ones will be coming as fast as we can produce them (probably 6 weeks - 2 months apart). |

Forgot I didn't update this thread for the new book. Book 11, PATH OF STONE, is out now. It's a flashback story, detailing Stone's early apprenticeship (and how he almost lost it). It's getting great reviews.
The audiobooks are up to book 5, now, and book 6 is almost finished recording. |

Just a quick update: Book 12 of the series, NECESSARY SACRIFICES, is available now. This one has some pretty big changes and revelations for Stone - if you've been following the series, you'll probably enjoy it.

I've just released another book in my Alastair Stone universe. It's a short novel (unlike the last doorstop!) and it's a standalone. So if you want to get a little taste of what Stone's like before diving into the series, this is a good one.
Devil's Bargain: A Novel in the Alastair Stone Chronicles Note: Unlike my usual novels, this one is in first-person format from a different main character. The series itself is in third person and primarily from Stone's POV. |

I think the thing that annoys me most about box sets of e-books is that if I've already paid for book #1 as a separate purchase I'm forced to buy it again to get the box set... but I'm not buying 4 (or more) books when I don't know if I'll like the series. That said - I definitely enjoyed the Alastair Stone books I have read. |

Yeah, back in the old days if I bought a box set I could donate the oddball extra(s) to the library or pass them on to someone else, but you can't do that with e-books, the extra title just sits there in your library list, glaring at you...
