Googling "anatomically Correct Gingerbread Men" brings up this page:

https://www.google.com/search?q=anat...w=1440&bih=708

A lot of them are what you expect, but I'm surprised at the number of witty "Visible Man" examples.

Has anyone pointed out to Tucker that gingerbread men are clearly cookies of color?

Hey, we haven't had Gohmert in here for a while. Here he is defending the DHS family separation policy:
Quote:
Parents are separated from children every single day of every year... Mueller did it, & I know he's a hero to some folks around here, he did it to Manafort -- separated him from his 2 beautiful children. It happens.
Those beautiful children are in their 30's.

More to the point:

The party of unrestricted private enterprise is shocked and horrifed when private enterprise begins to turn against them.

They tore down the Fairness Doctrine and now they're utterly fucking gobsmacked when companies no longer want to play "fair" to the extent of just giving them a platform, come Hell, high water, or boycotts. I'm not especially fond of the Fairness Doctrine myself in the modern media landscape, but you have to acknowledge the utter lack of self-awareness which is undergirding their thought processes here.

You can't gerrymander a boycott, dumbshits. If you're too unpopular to convince a company to keep you, guess what: You don't get kept!

Expecting the media to support you against the gays, for example, only works when you're worth more money to them than the gays and the allies are. The moment that balance tips, and it tipped years ago (but within my lifetime), you're gone, relegated to third-tier media outlets and websites most normal advertisers won't touch, so you can stew in your incestuous fucking circle-jerk you call the Moral Majority without a hint of fucking irony. You're out there with the Mormons, living in a parallel universe most of your kids are desperate to escape.

The man behind a GoFundMe campaign that has raised $11 million to build Trump's wall also ran a conspiracy-theory page that got kicked off Facebook

Quote:
The man behind a GoFundMe campaign that has raised $11 million in private money to build President Donald Trump's proposed US-Mexico border wall also ran conspiracy-theory websites and a related Facebook page that was kicked off the platform in October.

...

NBC News reported on Thursday that Kolfage used to run a Facebook page called "Right Wing News" that was culled in October when Facebook deleted 559 pages for what it described as "inauthentic activity."

...

MailOnline said some headlines from another of Kolfage's sites, called FreedomDaily, included "Money-Grubbing Muslims Stole Over $16 MILLION From Needy Americans — Trump Has Perfect Punishment" and "Kaepernick Just Released His Own 'Bill of Rights' And Is Forcing Everyone In America To Follow It."
Why am I not surprised?

And they're going to be paying a hell of a lot more for the Steel Slats than they would have paid for a conventional wall------because Trump's tariffs have markedly raised the price of milled steel products:

Quote:
... So far this year, the price of milled steel products is up roughly 25 percent, which matches the level of import duties Trump applied in March to all steel products made outside the U.S. That added cost to imports helped domestic makers of steel and milled products raise their prices as well.

Despite congressional Democrats' opposition to Trump's demands of $5 billion for a border wall, the president Friday seemed determined to force a government shutdown.
https://www.cnbc.com/2018/12/21/-tru...re-costly.html

...so does Trump's new enthusiasm for Steel Slats reflect a sweetheart deal made with steel manufacturers? How much of the price of the Steel Slats 'Wall' will find its way into Trump's own pocket?

And how many other Republicans will be part of this scheme?

Uh, Trump. If you don't mind, and with all due respect, I've a small question for you. If you build a wall out of steel slats, doesn't that mean that wall is its very own ladder to climb over that wall?

Good looking young man.

But we know nothing untoward happened here, because Falwell just so happened to mention his wife in every response he gave.

There was an article about Jerry Falwell's pool boy just like a week ago (forgot where I read it), and his odd relationship with the Falwells, and how the pool boy and Falwells were getting sued. Now it makes sense.

So Congressman Steve Perry says that federal employees don't need to worry about a shutdown because they don't live from paycheck to paycheck.
