What about "Muskrat Love"? They aren't the main singers but it does have some muskrats-gettin'-busy stuff at the end.

If we’re going there, has anyone mentioned “Been Caught Stealing,” by Jane’s Addiction? Annie, a dog, provides rhythmic and (IMHO) melodic touches through important parts of the song:

How could I forget this one? On Judy Collins a cappella Farewell to Tarwathie, a chorus of humpback whales provides the backing vocals.
