A question for anyone taking tumeric curcumin as a supplement

Have you had your potassium checked since you started it?? I'm not a fan of "the newest, bestest miracle cure" but he got a rec from a friend, tried it, and his potassium jumped to crazy levels, causing the VA to go full alarm on us.

I'd suggest having your K levels checked if you're taking this.

I take turmeric and a prescribed potassium supplement. I've seen no change in my potassium level, which is checked every 3 months.

I'm on a low-potassium diet, so no.

And it's spelled (and pronounced) "turmeric". There's another "r" in there.
