Yep! I saw you.

I did. News break! At exactly 2:55. I finally saw you!

It tickled me. I screamed a little. The cats flew to the beams. I danced around.

Dang! That was fun. I blew you a kiss.

Central time zone.

Don't mess with my head about time. This board is haunted. My time may actually be another day in the future.

Or the past.

I know we're in the "pointless and mundane" forum, but are you going to explain what this thread is about?

It's hard to tell from your OP who you saw and why it's threadworthy.

I saw someone I know in an unconventional way. I knew it was gonna happen. What I didn't know was how happy it would make me.
I'm nearly a medical shut-in. And, slightly agoraphobic.
I can't get myself to the closest store with out weird and crazy stuff happening. My family prefers I stay put.
It's threadworthy because I liked it. I know it's very pointless and mundane.
Hey, it made me happy.

Don't harsh on my happy!

Just be glad that you can be happy! There are those who can't and it's not fun.

But I would like to help you solve your mystery. Any further clues you can share?

I just want to point out that whatever else is going on around here, your stupid Siamese cats are always flying up to the beams. They do this all the time. That part, at least, is not news!

There really is happiness in Math:

You won't have to invest in kneepads, but it's still funny.

Zeldar, you're so very funny.

I have to wear the hat, because my speakers are sewn inside the ear-flaps. It was kinda cold up there anyway, so I would have needed it anyway.

But, Hey! Thanks for looking!

My grandma was like that. She was totally illiterate. After she remarried, it took me forever to teach her how to write her new name. BUT she could do all sorts of math in her head, if the numbers had dollar signs in front of them.

Back to the OP: If it made you happy it wasn't me.

Disgusting, yes. But interesting in that nobody really did this in the US, possibly anywhere. It was all just a crazy hoax, and yet a few police departments issued alerts about it.

I promise. I saw someone in an unusual way, yesterday. It struck me as a joyful moment.
God knows I take all them I can get!
Of course, My cat's tried to ruin it for me. They're poopy heads!

How is this different from the multiple other times you've seen this 'person'?

Threads like these make me worry that I've had a stoke. Even with the explanations I still have no clue at all what is being discussed.

Pick some word that appeals to you and see what else it makes you think of. Quite often entire new worlds open up as if by magic.

No worries, Spud. I don't know, either. I don't think I'm supposed to know. I'm just skipping along the thread, nodding and smiling like I speak the language: That's right! The northern lights ARE beautiful this cloudy day!

Great advice. In post 31 Beckdawrek uses the word "Unusual"... makes me think of this thread... which makes me think of unusual... I think I'm caught in an endless loop!

Jeez, guys! Can't you just be happy for me?
I saw something. Got to dance around, pissing the cats off and making the pups bark happily.
And then I got to see it again on Valentine's day.
All in all. A good week.
