How can I reverse the y-axis of the mouse from within the console of Quake 3?

I am having a helluva time trying to find it. Is there one? How is it done?

Type \m_pitch to find what value it's at, then change it to the negative of it, ie. mine's 0.022, so to reverse it I'd type \m_pitch -0.022.

I tried to use a negative value for pitch, that worked in Quake 1 and 2, but not now. It just makes it so that you can not look up or down at all.

That's odd. I've just tried changing it from -0.022 to 0.022 and it turned reverse mouse off :shudder:, then changing it back to -0.022 put it back to reverse mouse.

Actually, I am trying to get the axis reversed for the DOOM 3 demo. Most of the console commands are identical to those in Quake 3.

Just take out the ball and turn it around. But that might be more permanent than you like.
