Who uses Xiidra?

I do. The eye doc said I had dry eyes, so I started using regular wetting drops. When he found I was using them in excess of six or seven times a day, he prescribed Xiidra, which is a medication that stimulates tear production. It was overly expensive at first, but now the price has come way down.

It works, all right. After I take the morning drop, tears roll down my cheeks until about noon. I have to keep kleenex handy in my hand or in my sleeve (like Sheldon's meemaw) to blot away the tears. Folks probably think I'm crying all the time.

Anyone else use it?
