Tell me I'm just having a bad day.

What with kids getting ready for Halloween at school, etc, I might be delusional. Did the picture on the main page change from this morning 'til tonight? Was that kid shooting something else at the moon?

I think I just imagined it.

please don't forget to post a link

Welcome to the SDMB, and thank you for posting your comment.
Please include a link to Slug Signorino's illustration if it's on the straight dope web site.
To include a link, it can be as simple as including the image location in your post (make sure there is a space before and after the text of the URL).

Slug's drawing can be found on-line at this link:
illustration for I plan to destroy the moon. What effect would this have on the earth?

I didn't have time to see the illustration yesterday, but I would be very surprised if it had changed.
