Factually answer me about a link to info about California Election March 04 (Judges)

California Election March 2nd 2004

I can find info on all the folks running for President (primaries).

I can find info on all the Propositions that will be on the ballot (55 56 57 58).

BUT…

There are also Judges on the ballot! (Office No. 14, 18, 29, 52, 53, 67, 69, 72, 95, 111)
Each of them is nothing but a name to me. I have tried many many searches via a few different search engines but I can’t find any information on who these people are. How am I supposed to make a decision? If someone can help me out with a few links that would be great!
