The related resolutions H.RES. 572, and H.CON.RES. 308 also lack sponsors or cosponsors.
Is it possible for resolutions to emerge fully formed from the primordial slime, without the assisting sponsorship of a congressman, or is something peculiar going on here?
This page at least mentions the name of the sponsor (Duncan Hunter of California), but adds “Cosponsors: None.”
I’m closing this one, as I think the OP has been answered quite well.
Sometimes I do this as a way to short-circuit a thread which draws posters who really want a debate or merely to put in their point of view. It saves me a lot of time and “Report this post” emails later.
