Where is it legal to buy Absinthe?

I have a friend about to do some travelling (Europe mostly I think) and he has made it his duty to buy me some absinthe. Where should I send him?

I had some very good absinthe in a bar in Prague.

But… I’m fairly sure it’s not legal to bring absinthe into the USA. Better check the official rules on that, before your friend gets into trouble.
