There was a story recently about a woman – I think in California – who was suing the National Park Service after she fell off of a cliff. I don’t remember whether she contends that there should have been a railing.
I don’t remember if I read it here, or in one of the online newspapers, or if I saw it on CNN or a local channel. Has anyone heard of this story, and can you provide a link?
(I know there are many such ‘silly things people do in National Parks’ stories. I’m looking for a specific one that happened very recently.)
