Guys,
I know this is a long shot but has anyone got a great roast sweet potato salad recipe they can post for me to use in the next 2-3 hours? In fact it doesn’t have to be a salad just something more interesting than plain roast sweet potato although I do like the idea of some kind of warm salad with cold ingredients as well (I’m really into flavour/temperature/texture contrasts at the moment) to go with my pork loin stuffed with courgette, onion, mushroom, parsley and cheese that I am making.
As I said, I know it’s a long shot but the 'Dope usually comes good!
