Who Is Interested in Getting $50 Towards a Gym Membership?

In another thread which concerned diet and weight loss, al27052 (ETA: seems to have) indicated his concern for other posters who were not thin like he apparently is. I challenged him to demonstrate his concern by giving $50 to a randomly chosen poster (who wants to get in better shape) towards a gym membership.

So, I am asking anyone who feels that he is a bit (or a lot) overweight and could benefit from $50 towards a gym membership to say so in this thread. In a few days I plan to choose one poster at random and invite al27052 to send that person $50.

I don’t have a dog in the fight, but it seems like you are trying to spend someone else’s money, or embarass him, neither of which seem very classy. Surely the point is to convince him to start his own thread with the offer of the cash?

I’m definitely willing to contribute the money. As far as class goes, well…classy is as classy does.
