That’s a movie from a director (Lloyd Simandl) whose studio (Bound Heat) specializes in softcore bondage/punishment women-in-prison/white-slave films. It’s not a nod to some post-apocalyptic softcore genre, but an attempt to have variety in plots among their otherwise nearly identical offerings.
