Can I do this in Excel? If not, some other way?

I have a spreadsheet with one column having people’s email addresses, and another column having–somehow–files in it. (Or links to them, or some other association with files). I would like to send each row’s file to that row’s email address. I can send out emails to each email address using mail merge in Word, I know that. Is there a way I can get that file attached to that email somehow?

Ah it just came to me.

I could use share links (like dropbox links) in the “file” column.
